At OVTC, we use a competency-based approach by ensuring that our training is 30% theory and 70% practical. 

Besides the hands-on skills, we offer life skills, equipping our students with soft skills that give them an edge in the market. Additionally, basic computer skills is compulsory for all students to keep up with technology. 

Finally, there is a three-month compulsory industrial attachment to expose the students to potential employers and give them opportunity to link up with their respective industries and put to practice both the hands-on and soft skills acquired during training.
